These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online store blanccory.

By completing an order, you agree to these terms. Mandatory statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

3. Products and Product Presentation

We make every effort to describe and present our products as accurately as possible.

Minor variations in color, appearance, packaging, or visual presentation may occur due to screen settings, lighting conditions, product updates, or manufacturing differences.

Product images are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the delivered item. Statutory rights in the event of defects remain unaffected.

4. Orders and Conclusion of Contract

By submitting an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected products.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. The contract is concluded once we accept your order, confirm dispatch, or ship the goods.

We may reject or cancel orders, for example, if:

• payment cannot be processed successfully,
• there is an obvious pricing, system, or display error,
• a product is unavailable,
• delivery is not possible.

5. Prices and Payment

The prices shown at checkout apply.

Payment must be completed before the order is processed.

Where we apply the small business regulation under Section 19 UStG, no VAT is shown.

For deliveries outside Germany, additional customs duties, import charges, or other fees may apply unless expressly stated at checkout.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver to the shipping address provided by you.

Stated delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur in particular due to shipping carriers, public holidays, high order volumes, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our direct control.

Once tracking information becomes available, it may be sent by email.

7. Responsibility for Accurate Information

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information when placing an order, especially:

• Additional delivery instructions

We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information, where legally permitted.

8. Right of Withdrawal

9. Returns

Returned items should be complete, clean, and, where possible, in their original packaging.

You may inspect the goods in the same way as would be possible in a retail store. If the goods are used, damaged, soiled, or returned incomplete beyond what is necessary for such inspection, we may take a legally permissible reduction in value into account.

10. Refunds

Refunds are processed after receipt and inspection of the return.

If the return is accepted, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Our Comfort Wedge Pillow is a home and comfort product intended for proper use.

It is not a medical device and does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Please use the product only as intended and inspect it regularly for visible damage. If damaged, it should no longer be used.

13. Promotions, Discounts, and Bundles

Discounts, vouchers, and bundle offers may be subject to additional conditions.

Discounts are not always combinable unless expressly stated otherwise.

We may modify or end promotions at any time. Orders that have already been accepted remain unaffected.

14. Liability

We are liable without limitation in cases of intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, and where liability is mandatory by law.

In cases of simple negligence, we are liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to the typically foreseeable damage, where legally permitted.

For delays or disruptions outside our reasonable control, we are liable only in accordance with the statutory provisions.
